No, we did not have deep fryers, we had to use a "Turkey Fryer" in the alley behind the shop as we could not afford much at the beginning. Beach Umbrellas cover our fryer when rain visited and strange looks were glared by everyone who drove down the alley ..... but we fried a mean chicken !!!!!
