Bacon Cheese Biscuits

1 ¾     cup     all-purpose flour 

2 ½     tsp       baking powder 

½        tsp       salt 

2         Tbl       sugar

10      slices   bacon, cooked & crumbled 

2/3     cup       shredded cheddar cheese 

1         egg      beaten shopping list

¾       cup       milk shopping list

1/3     cup       vegetable oil

2         Tbl       bacon drippings

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl then make a well in center of mixture. Combine  the egg, milk, drippings and oil then add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon the batter into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pans immediately
